The Booking Process
Following your initial inquiry we will respond to you within 24 hours! We will send you a copy of our full pricing brochure, and we would be happy to set up a call to discuss any questions or other details!
After you pick a base package that best suits you and choose any add ons you may need, we will send over a contract for you to sign and a link where you can pay the 25% deposit needed to book!
Our communication won’t stop here! We will be in touch throughout checking in on how the planning is going and finding out all of the necessary details.

The Wedding Day
When the big day arrives, we will be sure and capture every detail. While we steer clear of any awkward still poses, we will direct you with some prompts to create some authentic candid moments! Wedding days move so quickly, and so often you don’t have enough time to fully absorb and enjoy everything. When you watch your wedding film, we want you to remember and re-live every important detail of your day.

Delivering Your Wedding Film
Being a married couple and having waited on a wedding film ourselves, we know how anxious you can be to receive your film! We don’t rush through the editing process of our films because delivering you the highest quality possible wedding film is our primary goal. With this in mind, you can expect around an 8-12 week delivery time, however this may be slightly longer in peak seasons.
We promise to make the wait worth your while, and we will provide you with a link to our current editing queue so you are never in the dark! Adding the optional “teaser trailer” is a great way to get a sneak peak of some of the best parts of your day within the first few weeks after your wedding. When we deliver your film you will receive your own client page that will allow you to save it to the home screen of your phone, as well as share your film with any of your friends and family!
This is totally up to you! Audio is one of the ways that we can truly encapsulate the emotions of your day and tell your story, so we highly recommend it! However, if you’d prefer not to have your voice in your film we can often use audio from your officiant or from speeches in place of it.
FAQ’s
Does my voice have to be in the video?
Yes. We charge a $1,000 flat fee retainer to reserve your date! If you aren't completely sure which package you would like, you can always pay the retainer to ensure that your date is reserved, and then decide later!
Do you require a Retainer?
We love to travel! In fact if your wedding is in a place we REALLY want to visit you might actually get a discount! For any wedding more than 30 miles from our home location in Chattanooga, TN, there will be a travel fee based on the current IRS mileage rates. If your wedding is more than 90 miles from our home location, we will determine a flat fee to cover travel and lodging expenses based on the location of the wedding.
Do you travel? Is there a fee?
Due to copyright reasons, we license all of our music through a site called Musicbed. If picking the song is important to you we will be happy to give you access to sift through the site and select a handful of songs that we can use for your film. If you’d rather let us pick, we promise to find music that will elevate your love for each other and your personalities!
Can we pick the music?
We try to be as timely as possible when it comes to delivering your wedding film, but we don’t rush through the editing process. Our goal is delivering you the highest quality wedding film possible and that does take some time. You can typically expect to wait around 8-12 weeks, but during the peak seasons such as Spring and Fall, wait times can be delayed. If you opt to add on a “teaser trailer” we try our best to deliver that to you within 4 weeks of your wedding.
